Cassie graduated from her five-year double degree at RMIT.
She works as an Osteopath and personal trainer, enjoying the ability to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. Her treatment style utilizes her empathy and anatomy knowledge to formulate an individualized plan to yield results.
As a practitioner, Cassie thoroughly enjoys being able to help improve people’s quality of life through a combination of movement and hands-on therapy in a multimodal team approach. She has a further passion for treating children and women throughout their pregnancy journeys. She enjoys teaching Pilates to facilitate various forms of rehabilitation and improve proprioception to enhance athletic performance.
Cassie has extensive experience working with many sporting teams to aid with acute injury management and injury prevention. She emanates a love for all sports and all things health and wellness.
