Be guided by our Health Professionals with a training program tailored to your individual needs.
You will get a full podiatry gait assessment by our podiatrist followed by a functional movement and running technique assessment with our strength and conditioning coach. 3 X 60 minute sessions with our strength and conditioning coach will follow, focusing on your running technique and movement to ensure you can run with ease!
