Olivia is passionate about getting to the bottom of your pain by addressing the entire kinetic chain and how different body areas could be affecting the way you move. Her strong background in strength and conditioning and biomechanics will ensure that every exercise is purposeful and targeted to optimise your performance.

Olivia graduated from Swinburne University with a Master of Physiotherapy following previous degrees in Exercise and Sport Science (Deakin University) and Health and Biomedical Science (Honours) (RMIT).

Olivia not only aims to return her patients to their goal activities or sport(s) following injury, she enjoys helping her patients optimise and achieve high level performance whilst aiming to prevent future injuries.

Having worked with AFL players at Collingwood Football Club, Academy players at Melbourne City Football Club, athletes at Rowville Sports Academy and Premier League Hockey players at Hawthorn Hockey club, Olivia is passionate about working with athletes of all different ages, backgrounds and sports. However, Olivia is also passionate about helping you achieve your goals even if those goals are not sport related. Whether that is to avoid surgery or receiving pre or post operative orthopaedic surgical care, Olivia will be able to help. Olivia also has experience working with a variety of conditions including OA, stroke, MS, PD and with amputees.

Olivia is thorough in her approach and enjoys managing a range of conditions. Olivia has a special interest in lower limb injuries including foot, ankle, knee, hip and tendinopathy related conditions.   

Sporting Background: Former National level runner (Athletics – middle distance track and cross country running). Victorian State title in U20 3000m steeple. Background in Equestrian and currently competing in Eventing and Show Jumping on her 2 horses.

Interests: Travelling, hiking, horse riding, running
