Targeted Physio for Spinal Injuries and Rehabilitation
Spinal pain and injuries can affect the neck, upper back, or lower back, often impacting how you move and function day to day. These conditions may develop from sport, poor posture, repetitive strain, or sudden injury, and can involve muscles, joints, discs, ligaments, or nerves.
Our comprehensive spinal osteopathy and physiotherapy approach is designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery.
Your personalised plan may include:
- Clinical assessments to identify the source of spinal pain and movement restrictions
- Manual therapy and hands-on techniques to reduce stiffness and improve mobility
- Load management strategies to support recovery without overloading sensitive structures
- Pain management strategies, including gentle mobilisation and activity modification
- Neuromuscular retraining to improve posture, control, and spinal stability
- Progressive strengthening of key muscle groups, including core, glutes, and postural muscles
- Targeted exercise programs to restore movement and build strength
- Education on posture, ergonomics, and training habits to reduce recurrence
- Collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, osteopaths, and rehab specialists, for complete care
